With the exception of incidents that involve serious injury or fatality, all other incidents should be discussed with the Safety Officer before instigating the BMFA reporting process. Should the Safety Officer not be readily available please contact a Committee Member. Incidents that involve serious injury or fatality are to be addressed immediately as advised by the BMFA.
